Radical Dot is pioneering a breakthrough chemical recycling technology that cost-competitively converts difficult-to-recycle plastic waste into key sustainable chemical precursors for the industry with unprecedented energy efficiency. Your Mission
We are always looking for pragmatic, hands-on, committed and passionate TUM students for Master Thesis collaborations, if you are a Chemist or a Chemical Engineer willing to fight climate change with us, contact us! We have connections with several TUM professor for academic superision and can offer a range of topic based on your curriculum requirements and interest.

Your Skillset
- As a chemist you have initial experience in catalysis, inorganic chemistry or polymer chemistry or are willing to learn.
- As a chemical engineer, you have initial experience with thermodynamics, modelling (e.g., ASPEN), corrosion, process design, techno-economic analysis or life cycle analysis or are willing to learn.
Your Mindset
- Innovative and creative, ready to find solutions for problems no one has solved before.
- Passionate about impact and contributing to the fight against climate change.
- Collaborative, as the world biggest problems are solved as a team.
- Have strong safety awareness, this is still chemistry!
